Easy Clean Eating Breakfasts
Here are our favorite clean eating breakfast ideas!

Avocado toast with egg
This is a super quick and easy breakfast if you keep boiled eggs on hand.
Make your toast, spread on some avocado and top with a boiled egg.
A tiny sprinkle of salt and pepper and your good to go.
The key to keeping this meal healthy is choosing a really great bread for your toast.
So many loaves of bread at the supermarket are loaded with junky ingredients.
Do your research and choose a bread made with whole ingredients that you can pronounce.
Our favorite brands are Ezekiel and Dave's Killer Bread.

Stuffed Avocados
Another easy avocado breakfast.
To make these cut your avocados in half and crack one egg into each half.
You may have to spoon out some of your avocados if you have large eggs.
Place in a small baking dish. To add more nutrients top with diced tomatoes and chives.
You can also sprinkle with a tiny bit of cheese if you like, but if you're trying to lose weight, I recommend skipping it.
Bake at 425 degrees until eggs are cooked. About 15 minutes.
This breakfast will keep you full and satisfied for quite a while.
It's high in healthy fats and protein.

Superfoods Oatmeal
Oatmeal is a great staple breakfast.
Anyone who tells you it's boring isn't doing right!
To get the most out of your morning oatmeal fill it with lots of superfood ingredients.
Pick your favorites and change it up to keep it interesting.
Add flax seed powder or chia seeds each time and a fruit or two.
Strawberries are my favorite but blueberries are a great too.
Add dried fruit and nuts and you have a power-packed breakfast.
The biggest thing here is to avoid added sugar.
If you keep ripe bananas on hand, this is a great way to sweeten oatmeal.
If you MUST add extra sweetness try to stick with maple syrup or honey, and add just a touch.

Oatmeal Banana Cookies
These oatmeal "cookies" are super easy.
Mix a cup of oatmeal with a large ripe banana
You can always make a big batch ahead of time and keep in the fridge for a week.
Now add in your favorite ingredients.
Spoon into cookie shapes on a lightly greased baking pan and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
I love adding a splash of vanilla, crasins , chia seeds and almonds or walnuts.
Add in your favorite superfood ingredients for a healthy, on the go breakfast treat.
These also make great snacks when sudden hunger strikes.

Greek Yogurt Parfait
This is a decadent breakfast that will make you feel like you are eating a dessert.
Layer Greek yogurt with your favorite fruits (berries are a great choice and loaded with antioxidants) and some healthy granola.
Just make sure the granola you buy isn't loaded with sugar. (They often are.)
You can also add in your favorite nuts and seeds, like chia, flaxseed powder or almonds.

Smoothies
A super easy and healthy breakfast: Smoothies! Smoothies are a great to-go breakfast.
They can be made pretty quickly too if all of your ingredients are prepped.
I suggest dividing your favorite ingredients into individual containers and freeze them.
Then you can just open the freezer, pour in your ingredients and make your smoothie!
I love using my Nutribullet to make smoothies.
It's quick because the cup you make it in turns into a to-go cup with the cap.

Smoothie Bowl
If you're looking for a way to spice up your smoothie, eat a smoothie bowl.
To do this, make your smoothie, and pour it into a bowl.
Then top with yummy fruits, nuts, granola, oats, coconut shreds.
It's a great base for all of your nutrient-dense superfoods!
