I don’t know about you, but coffee is one of my favorite things, EVER. It’s delicious and gives me a little bit of extra motivation to do nearly anything. All of the health information out there seems to go back and forth regarding whether or not it’s good for you.
Since there’s no definitive proof either way, and I love it so much, I will continue to drink it. If you want to get in the coffee drinking boat with me, then do so in the healthiest way possible. Drink just coffee. No creamer, no sugar.
