We don’t suggest any one particular diet. We actually kinda hate how the word “diet” has become twisted and distorted. The word can be associated with short-term (or sometimes even long-term!), unhealthy eating habits. We are here to help you do just the opposite.
We want to give you the tools to start eating (and loving!) healthy, clean foods. We want you to crave all the foods that will nourish your body, and still satisfy you, without feeling like your depriving yourself or starving.

The key to sticking to a workout routine? Enjoying it! Yes, you should do a few bodyweight exercises and tone up. But a regular fitness routine shouldn’t be all about doing the same boring exercises over and over.
A great fitness routine is one you look forward to doing. And yes, even if you HATE working out, there are LOTS of options out there, and surely something active, fun and healthy will fit your tastes.
